SHIPPING POLICY
At Skibee, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner.
•All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
•Orders are dispatched only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
•Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier service availability.
 
Shipping Charges
•Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
•Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website.
 
Order Tracking
•After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email, allowing you to track your order in real time.
 
Delivery Delays
•Skibee is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
•Customers are requested to ensure accurate address and contact details at checkout.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently.

Returns
•Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
•Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for return.
•The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
 
Replacement & Refund
•Wherever possible, we offer replacement as the first resolution, subject to product availability.
•If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
•Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
•Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
 
Non-Returnable Items
•Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team with the order ID.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes only.
  • Any additional COD charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Skibee reserves the right to disable COD for specific locations or customers due to repeated order refusals or failed deliveries.
  • Customers who frequently refuse COD orders may be restricted from using COD for future purchases.
